GRILLED MARINATED BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. London Broil, chateaubriand, or other good cut of beef

MARINADE:

3/8 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Bamboo skewers

Mix marinade ingredients. Cut up beef into pieces of a convenient size for skewering. Place beef and marinade in a glass bowl and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. The next day, skewer the beef and grill or broil it, turning once and basting with remaining marinade. Serve immediately. Yield 4-6 servings.
