CRUSTLESS EGG CUSTARD | |
4 eggs 1 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. milk (sweet) 1 tbsp. vanilla 4 tbsp. butter Beat eggs. mix sugar and flour, add to beaten eggs. Slowly add milk and vanilla. Mix well, add melted butter. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. |
