1 c. wheat germ 2 to 3 bunches of parsley 1 bunch green scallions Sm. handful of mint leaves 5 to 6 ripe red tomatoes 1/2 c. oil (olive) 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt Soak wheat germ for 20 minutes. Rinse, then let set for 15 minutes. Cut all greens and tomatoes fine. Mix oil, lemon and salt. Taste. Optional: to add more, oil, lemon and salt. |
