CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter

Boil chicken. Cut in bite-size pieces. Put in buttered dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and spread over chicken. Melt butter and spread over crackers.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
