SAND TARTS 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter or Crisco
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream the butter or Crisco and powdered sugar, add the flour, vanilla and water and pecans and mix well. Shape into desired sizes and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
