8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
6 sm. slices country ham
6 oz. Swiss cheese

Mix first three ingredients together. Place ham in bottom of medium baking dish. Cover with chicken breasts. Layer cheese on top of chicken. Pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly.
