FROZEN DESSERT 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 lg. bananas, chopped

Combine pineapple, cherries and nuts; mix well. Combine whipped cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt and mix well. Add cream mixture to pineapple mixture and mix well. Add bananas and freeze for 6-8 hours. Serve in paper or plastic cups or freeze in cupcake tins for individual servings.
