FRUIT MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans drained mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. coconut
1 container Cool Whip

Combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Add pineapple juice and egg. Cook, stirring until thickened and smooth. Add lemon juice and cool.

Place cooked and cool macaroni in a large bowl. Pour thickened mixture over and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all until well blended. Refrigerate overnight.
