CORNBREAD DRESSING 
4 lbs. cornbread
1 1/2 lbs. white bread
1 qt. chopped celery, cooked
1 qt. chopped onions, cooked
3 eggs (raw)
1 tbsp. salt, to taste
1 tbsp. sage, to taste
1 tbsp. black pepper, to taste
1/2 c. butter

Cook turkey or hen, save broth to use in the dressing. Add broth to the above mixture. Pour half in pans. Place turkey meat over it and add rest of dressing. Bake at 325 degrees until done.
