CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream
Graham cracker pie shell

Melt chocolate bits and orange juice together. Blend egg yolks, vanilla and sugar in blender for 5 seconds. Add melted chocolate mixture and blend well. Add unwhipped cream to mixture and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into baked graham cracker pie shell and chill in refrigerator.
