CHOCOLATE CAKE (NO EGGS) 
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut up the butter and put with dry ingredients. Using mixer, slowly add the sour milk and vanilla. Beat good! Grease and flour 10 x 14 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost with Stay Soft Frosting.

STAY SOFT CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1/4 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Blend cocoa, cornstarch, and sugar, then add milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly, remove from heat, add vanilla and butter and boil until thick. Put on cooled cake.
