SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD 
1 c. self rising cornmeal
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
