8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
1 (4 oz.) can diced California chilies
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bag tortilla chips

In pie pan, layer first five ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with onion and serve with chips.
