COUNTRY GARDEN SALAD 
6 c. salad greens, torn in bite-size pieces
1/2 c. carrot sticks, 2 inches long
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
2 (5 oz.) cans chunk chicken

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, green pepper, onion, lemon juice; chill. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing. Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
