SPAGHETTI PIZZA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (7 oz.) spaghetti (vermicelli is best) 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce (your favorite) 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni or Canadian bacon (Sauteed mushrooms, onions, olives, peppers - optional) Brown beef and drain fat. Cook spaghetti and drain. Mix sauce, spaghetti and beef in LIGHTLY OILED 13 x 9 inch baker. Add cheese and top with pepperoni or can. Bacon or the toppings of your choice (such as sauteed vegetables). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Great for covered-dish dinners and can make ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake. Good leftover too! Serves 6 to 8. |
