SCANDINAVIAN CREAM | |
1 env. unflavored gelatin 3/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. light cream or half and half 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract Sliced strawberries Combine gelatin, sugar and light cream in saucepan over low heat. Stir until gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved. Cool 10 to 15 minutes, then whisk into sour cream. Stir in flavorings. Pour into dessert dishes and chill until set. Serve topped with sliced strawberries. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
