DANISH TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna
Celery, diced
Pickles, may use relish, if desired (diced)
Lemon juice (to taste)
Apples (diced)
Optional: Tomatoes (diced) Hard boiled egg
Black pepper (to taste)

Drain tuna and break into tiny slivers. Add other ingredients and toss. Allow to sit (marinate) for 1/2 hour prior to serving. Uses: Buffet salad, sandwich filling, summer meal.
