SESAME CRACKERS 
2 c. rolled oats
1 tbsp. sea salt
1/2 c. sesame seeds
3/4 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Mix oats, flour and salt together. Pan toast seeds in oven until they smell fragrant and add to mixture. Stir in oil then water mixing with fork. When batter holds together knead 2 to 4 minutes. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Nessie takes small tablespoon of mixture and presses out thin. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
