CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 German sweet chocolate bar, grated
1 (6 oz.) Hershey milk chocolate chips
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. nuts

Mix well and put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees or until done.

FROSTING:

1 lb. bow powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

Blend until smooth; frost cake.
