CORNED BEEF WITH ORANGE GLAZE 
1 bay leaf
3 whole cloves
2-3 strips orange peel, 2 inches wide
1 med. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. water
3-4 lb. corned beef round or rump cut

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. frozen orange juice, thawed
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Mix together until smooth and blended.

Combine all ingredients in crock pot except beef and glaze. Add corned beef, fat side up. Cover and cook on low setting 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours. Baste frequently.

About 30 minutes before serving remove meat from broth. Score top in diamond shapes and insert additional cloves to decorate. Place on heat proof platter. Prepare glaze and spoon over beef. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-35 minutes. Baste occasionally. Serves 8-10.
