FROZEN SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/2 or 1 whole green pepper, chopped or mango, cut finely
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Mix cabbage, grated carrot, and pepper with salt. Let stand 1 hour. Mix sugar, vinegar, water, and celery seeds; boil 1 minute. Cool and pour over slaw mixture. Freeze.
