STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
6 to 8 bell peppers
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 or 2 cans herb tomato sauce

Wash peppers, cut off stem end, remove seeds. Blanche peppers. Combine ingredients and stuff in bell peppers. Pour some of the herb tomato sauce over the top of peppers. Bake in a covered dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
