2 eggs, beaten with fork
2/3 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Add salad oil, vanilla and sugar to beaten eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add to first mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. When ready to bake, drop by about 1/2 teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Top each cookie with colored sugar crystals. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
