1 1/2 lbs. tofu
Freeze, thaw, squeeze out and cut into pieces tofu. Marinate the tofu pieces for 2 hours in a mixture of: 1/4 c. oil 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread a cookie sheet with 1 tablespoon oil, then lay the marinate tofu pieces on the sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn the pieces over and bake 10 minutes more.
Arrange baked tofu pieces on a platter of noodles. Sauteed mushrooms can be added. Pour over mushroom gravy, many possible variations as desired.
