MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 pkg. cornbread (regular or Mexican)
1 bag Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans Mexican corn
2 cans Mexican tomatoes
1 bag Cheddar cheese
onions

Brown hamburger meat with onions. Mix cornbread as directed, adding a little sugar and extra milk. Mix corn and tomatoes with hamburger meat. Pour a little cornbread mixture in bottom of pan. Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Add hamburger mixture and a layer of Cheddar cheese. Pour remaining cornbread down the middle of pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
