SAUTEED SHRIMP PARMESAN 
1/2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
1 tsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Shell shrimp. Melt butter in skillet. Add garlic and shrimp. Saute for 3-4 minutes or just until shrimp are pink. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve over rice.
