MAUDIE'S BARBECUE CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
6-8 pieces frying chicken, browned
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. tomato catsup
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. boiling water, for cubes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Place browned chicken in baking dish. Mix together rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
