PEAR CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. pears (I shred mine)
1/2 c. cherries
1/2 c. pineapple
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Sift dry ingredients together. Whip eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar and add fruits and nuts. I baked mine in 3 loaf pans. If baked in tube pan, 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
