TUNA SALAD 
3/4 c. quick oats
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. celery slices
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Toast oats in ungreased large shallow baking pan in oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Combine oats with remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serve as a salad on lettuce or tomato or serve as a sandwich filling.
