OATMEAL PUDDING COOKIES 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. butter
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white raisins

Pour boiling water over raisins; drain well. Combine sugars, butter and pudding. Mix in eggs until creamy. Add flour, soda, vanilla, oatmeal, raisins and nuts. Roll into small balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
