OATMEAL PUDDING COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisins

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars and pudding mix; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in oats and raisins. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet about 2" apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Will be a little soft.
