OATMEAL PUDDING COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butter, softened 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding 2 eggs 3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats 1 c. raisins (optional) Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars and pudding mix in large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 6 dozen. |
