OATMEAL PUDDING COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butter, softened 1/4 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding 2 eggs 3 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats 1 c. raisins (optional) Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars and pudding in large bowl; beat until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yield: 5 dozen. |
