ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 1/2 - 2 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 - 1 1/4 c. diced boiled potatoes
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 pt. cream

Bring stock to boil. Add zucchini and onions. Simmer until tender. Put 1/3 in blender. Add rest until all is blended. Add spices and cream before serving.
