VEGGIE HOTDISH 
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen California Blend vegetables
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (9 oz.) pkg. seasoned croutons

Cook vegetables following package directions; drain. Then add mushroom soup and cheese. Stir until cheese melts, then add croutons. Serve hot.
