2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in the middle of the batter. Mix liquid ingredients and pour into the hole. Mix until slightly lumpy with wooden spoon. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
