SAUSAGE & BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 sm. onions, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 cans (16 oz.) Navy or sm. white beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 lb. fully cooked ham, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place onions in 3 quart casserole dish. Microwave at high for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender, stir once. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover. Microwave at high for 5 minutes. Stir, re-cover. Reduce temperature for another 10 to 15 minutes or until flavors are blended, stir.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
