1 head lettuce, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (11 oz.) pkg. Doritos
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing

Brown ground beef and onion. Add kidney beans, simmer 10 minutes. Drain and chill. Lightly crush Doritos. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Do not add Catalina until ready to serve. Mix well.
