CRESCENT HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce or 1 can vegetable soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar or mozzarella cheese or some of each
8 oz. crescent rolls
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil

Brown hamburger and onion; season to taste with garlic salt and other seasonings; drain. Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce; place in ungreased 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Separate crescent triangles into 8.

Combine sour cream and herbs and put approximately 1 tablespoon in each roll. Roll up with wide end and arrange on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Recipe may be doubled using 9 x 13 inch pan.
