PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 can sliced cling peaches

Mix together flour, sugar and baking powder. Add milk and beat until all lumps are out. Melt butter in baking dish. Add flour mixture.

Bake at 325°F for about 45 minutes.
