"LET'S" SCAMPI 
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 (8 oz.) spaghetti
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. each salt and oregano
1 lg. pinch of basil
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese

Mince garlic. Mix with other spices. Heat butter, oil and spices in skillet. Add shrimp - cook until done. Add parsley, mix well. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan and ground pepper.
