CHEESY BEANS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French cut green beans or 4 cans French cut beans, drained
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt, pepper, onion powder and (or) garlic powder to taste

1. Cook beans until tender, but still crisp.

2. Drain.

3. Mix cheese, sour cream, seasonings with the beans.

4. Put in greased casserole, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

5. Serves 8-10.

This is a delicious vegetable with ham or beef. It is very quick and easy and can be doubled (or tripled) with no problem.

I nearly always use the canned beans - they're quicker, easier, and there is no different in the taste of the casserole.
