SAVORY CABBAGE | |
5-6 c. chopped cabbage 1/2 med. onion, sliced SAUCE: 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar Cook cabbage and onion in 1 quart of boiling salted water for 6 to 7 minutes; drain well. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well with cabbage. Serves 4-6. |
