HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. fresh pork shoulder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomatoes, fresh or canned
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk

Mix form like meatloaf and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours.

SAUCE:

1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil for 2 minutes. Baste ham loaf with sauce while baking. Great change for holidays.
