TUNA PEPPERS | |
bell pepper (red taste great!) shredded cheddar cheese 1 can of tuna 1/2 stalk celery 1 teaspoon chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill 4 teaspoon sour cream mayonnaise to taste salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain tuna, combine in mixing bowl with chopped celery, onion, minced dill, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. Set aside. Cut top of pepper off and core. Fill pepper with tuna and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and enjoy! Submitted by: EES |
