RUM CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. white rum 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Mix all ingredients well. Spray bundt pan well with Baker's Joy. Line bottom of bundt pan with chopped pecans. Pour mix over pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. 1 c. sugar 1/2 stick butter 1/4 c. rum Boil 1 1/2 minutes only. Pour on cooled cake. I only use 1/2 recipe of glaze. |
