SHRIMP AND RICE 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 cube beef bouillon
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. bacon
1 bell pepper
2 stalks celery
2 onions
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 c. shredded cabbage

Cook rice with 1 1/2 cups water, add bouillon cube and soy sauce. Cube and fry bacon. Remove bacon from grease and put aside. Add cut up bell peppers, celery and cabbage and onions to bacon grease. Fry, when almost done (just a few minutes) add to rice. Add raw shrimp to bacon grease and fry 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Add shrimp, bacon and sausage to rice.
