SPANISH RICE - CUBAN STYLE 
1 c. pearl rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. butter
1 can tomato paste
1/2 c. olive oil
Onion salt
Garlic salt
2 cans Vienna sausage, or ham or shrimp

Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil and add butter and rice. Cover, lower heat, and steam for 20 minutes. In a skillet heat olive oil, Vienna sausage, ham or shrimp with tomato paste, onion salt and garlic salt. Do not over heat. When rice is ready, mix with the ingredients in the skillet and enjoy your meal. Makes 4 servings.
