SWEET MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs slightly, stir in milk and oil. Blend dry ingredients. Add all at once to liquids. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 10.
