RHONDA'S VEGGIE CHEESE AND PASTA
CASSEROLE
 
Cook curly q noodles (your choice).

Saute: 5 cloves garlic, diced 2 peppers, diced 2 zucchini, diced 2 tomatoes, diced

1 cup Parmesan cheese - 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.

Layer pasta, veggies, Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese and repeat. End with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes.
